Eng. Ines Águeda Menvielle holds an Agricultural Engineer grade with a Master Degree in Agricultural Economy. Currently she is the head of the National Directorate of International Relations of MINCyT. She has a long track record promoting and coordinating International Cooperation in Science, Technology, and Innovation projects between Argentina and the European Union. Among other activities, she is the National Coordinator of RECYT-MERCOSUR, CyTED, IBEROEKA, and other projects and initiatives. She is also an active member and work package leader in the abovementioned EULARINET project (INCO-Net for bi-regional dialogue between Latin America and the EU). She was a Professor of Economy at the University of Bahía Blanca and author of more than fifty research articles in diverse journals. Eng. Menvielle is the Argentinean National Contact Point for S&T Cooperation with EU, and she also develops as an international evaluator of S&T projects and programs.
