Francisco Simon Solano Olarte

Francisco Solano Olarte is the National Contact Point Coordinator for Colombia in Colciencias (Administrative Department for Science, Technology and Innovation). He's in charge of European Multilateral Affairs in Colciencias as well. He's currently finishing his MSc on the Analysis of Political, Economic and International Issues at the Colombian Diplomatic Academy "Augusto Ramírez Ocampo" in Colombia. He has worked in the OAS representation to the Dominican Republic and in the Diplomatic Academy "Augusto Ramírez Ocampo".
