Ms. Magdolna Somos has been working at the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NRDIO) since September 2013 at the Department of International Affairs.
Between 2005 and 2009 she had been working for the Office of National Development, dealing with EU Structural Funds in Hungary. From 2009 to 2013 she had been employed as civil servant by the General Secretariat of the European Parliament in Luxembourg.
After joining the NRDIO she has actively participated in the organisation of the Horizon 2020 Launching Event in Hungary in November 2013 and preparation of the following information events on H2020 throughout the country.
She became National Contact Point for MSCA in March 2014.
She is in connection with other Hungarian organisations in order to promote researcher’s career for university students through EURAXESS Services Network and Researchers’ Night events.
She is also NCP for Joint Research Council in Hungary.
Ms. Somos has received her MA degree in Economics, International Relations (spec. in EU) at the Corvinus University, Budapest. She speaks English and French.
